Description
You are an undercover driver, trying to survive amidst an international war between American and Brazilian gangs. The action takes you to Chicago, Las Vegas, Rio and Havana, all of which are depicted in detail. There are several improvements over the first game. The cities now also have curved roads instead of just all right angles, in some missions you can exit your vehicle and move around on foot, and there is a multi-player game mode.
As before, you have full control over the car as it storms around the streets. The new ability to get out of the car and carjack other cars is especially useful when you have fallen victim to the advanced damage modeling.
There is a full sequence of 37 missions to complete spread out over the four city locations, as well as some pre-set challenges and a Free Driving mode allowing you to explore at your leisure. The new multi-player split screen feature includes four game modes: take a ride, cops'n'robbers, checkpoint and capture the flag.

- This is a Reverse Engineered port of Driver 2 from PS1 to PC

- The repack has been prepared with both NTSC-US Driver 2 CDs (SLUS-01161 & SLUS-01318) and their FMVs & audio has been properly converted from the PS1 format
- This is 64bit only and you need to have Visual C++ 2019 Redistributables installed
- The repack will be periodically updated every couple of months, to update it yourself follow these steps:
1. Go to https://ci.appveyor.com/project/SoapyMan/redriver2-10jm8
2. On the 'Job name' field, click on 'Image: Visual Studio 2019'
3. A blue box named 'Console' will appear, click right on 'Artifacts'
4. You will see 3 files:

src_rebuild\bin\Release\REDRIVER2_Release.zip
src_rebuild\bin\Release_dev\REDRIVER2_Release_dev.zip
5. Download "REDRIVER2_Release.zip"
6. Extract the file contents in the installation directory of this repack and overwrite all files
7. Optionally open the file 'config.ini' with Notepad and configure screen resolution, controls and etc.
(It is a good idea to update the config too when updating the project in this case)

- Seems like that if you set fullscreen in the config it doesn't make full-widescreen, so if you want widescreen leave it as the defaults, only change your resolution in the cofig file
