This is an encyclopedia of Covert Ops, from weapons and tactics to previous incidents and interview with anti-terrorism experts. Also includes "Officer Candidate School" to test your knowledge, as well as three special Rogue Spear levels (Rogue Spear NOT required) to see how you implement what you learned.
